As well as training, we offer a variety of other events ranging from socials and fitness sessions that will all start from the beginning of Term 1. Why join GKT Netball?
Our previous season was one of the most impressive in our club’s history with our 1st team (a King's Sport Performance Team) winning a challenging South East Division 1 BUCS league and maintaining their top position in the Competitive 1 Division of their LUSL league. Additionally, they became BUCS cup champions 2018/19, LUSL cup champions 2018/19, triumphed over KCL Netball to become Macadam Cup champions 2019 for the 8th year in a row and achieved second place in the National Medical School Netball league.
Our 2nd team had an incredibly successful season, finishing top of their BUCS and LUSL leagues. Our 3rd team finished top of their BUCS league and our 6th team came 3rd in their first ever BUCS league.
There is a place for everyone of all abilities at GKT and we all come together for our Wednesday socials at the infamous Guy’s Bar (fancy dress required) and events throughout the year including Mystery Fresher Tour in November, Christmas Dinner, end of season AGM, Netball- Rugby tour and many more!
We are a really friendly club and are very excited to welcome lots of new players for the 2020/21 season.
