Whether you're a beginner looking for a new skill or an advanced practitioner we welcome you to the KCL Kendo Club!
Kendo is a martial art based on traditional Japanese swordsmanship.
As a martial art, kendo can benefit many aspects of life. It builds not only physical strength but inner confidence and self-discipline as well. It also encourages positivity, wellbeing, and respect. Values that are important in our everyday lives.
Men and women of all ages and builds practice Kendo across the world, and anyone can achieve high levels through dedication and perseverance.
