Planning a non-BUCS competition? Here’s how to manage your entry and claim partial reimbursement from KCLSU.
Each club is responsible for managing their entries into non-BUCS competitions. This includes paying for entry fees, travel and accommodation. Don’t worry though, you can claim back money from KCLSU for the following:
- Entry Fee: 50% up to £100
- Travel: £10 per competitor
- Accommodation: £20 per competitor
Just fill in the Non-BUCS Comp Reimbursement Form and send it to fixtures@kclsu.org and the reimbursement amount will be sent into the club’s account. KCLSU cannot reimburse individuals personal accounts, this must be done through eXpense365 and approved by the club treasurer.
