Student Group Promotion

All the info on organising getting events and activities on KCLSU.org, screens around campus and even on the KCLSU Student Life Instagram.

Promoting Events & Products

If you've got an upcoming event or some student group merchandise you want to sell, you can do that all through the KCLSU website. From here, you can promote your event, have members purchase tickets and have the KCLSU finance team transfer the money directly into the student group accounts. There are no charges or fees, and it's a great way to showcase your events and activities to your current and potential members within the King's community. We can also help you promote events and activities by featuring them on screens around campus to ensure that your members and the King's community know about your excellent work with your student groups.

Instagram Takeovers

Thinking of having an Instagram Takeover but not sure where to start?

How does it work?

Fill in this form to apply to take over our @studentlifekclsu Instagram account. We recommend applying at least two weeks before your intended date.
Once approved we'll send you our guidelines and agreement. Please read over this document, agree to all of the terms & send it back to us at least three working days before the planned takeover.
On the morning of your takeover, we'll send you the Instagram log-in details and post a promotional graphic to our grid notifying followers that your takeover has begun.
You have 24 hours to post on our Stories- use it wisely!
At the end of the 24 hours, we will change the password, and you will be logged out of the account.

It's as simple as that!
