KCL PRASS is the largest student-led Plastic and Reconstructive surgery society in the UK, with various events run by leading practitioners throughout the year that deliver unique experiences to students; our events include practical and lectures.
This year we will be running the KCL PRASS National Student Plastic Surgery Conference for the second consecutive year. This event is the largest of its type in the UK and will be a fantastic opportunity to hear about latest research and opinions from leading plastic surgeons or even present your abstract as a future leader in the field.
This year, in addition to our conference, we are hosting 3 other events covering the core principals of plastic surgery both academically and practically. Students will have the opportunity to learn from consultant plastic surgeons culminating in an award to indicate their achievement: the KCL PRASS Award.
The first event for this year will be a Plastic Surgery event in October, which will serve as an introduction the field of plastic surgery and will also be an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals at different stages of their career.
This will be followed by the conference and then an event in December with a focus on the Reconstructive aspect of plastic surgery.
We will finish the year with a an Aesthetic Surgery event in late January, which looks to be an exciting practical workshop to hone your suturing skills and manual dexterity.
By becoming a member today, you can save up to £20 across all 3 events; a deal not to be missed!
We hope you join KCL PRASS, and join our ever-growing Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery community.
