Stay Active

We have loads of free ways to stay active, learn more about the benefits of exercise and get rewarded for it during Wellbeing Week with our friends at King’s Sport. So walk into uni, go to a dance class, try out one of the Wellbeing Week King's Sport activities, or go for a gentle jog around the Thames - move in your own way that you enjoy!

Plus, earn 200 points from any exercise this week and post a photo showing us your favourite way to get active, to be in with a chance of winning one of 5 wellbeing packs with King’s Move (free for all King’s students and staff).

If you're based at Denmark Hil and want to get active, check out this free Up & Running event going on all week!

Stay social

We have over 60 events to keep us feeling good during Wellbeing Week. See the latest below or check the rest out here.

Stay Nourished

KCLSU and  King’s Food venues will have healthy deals throughout the week to keep us fuelled! Check them out all week.

Stay Curious

Check out Your Wellbeing Toolbox that you can always access long after Wellbeing Week to learn how you thrive and improve your wellbeing.

   KCLSU Wellbeing

Wellbeing at KCLSU is all about discovering who we are and what makes us thrive. We all have incredible potential that we can fulfil best when our physical and mental wellbeing is flourishing.

We believe that by supporting, empowering and growing student-led spaces of wellbeing, we can create a happier, healthier community together at KCLSU and beyond.

Wellbeing at KCLSU is a partnership with student-led initiatives and King’s Wellbeing that focuses on using the holistic ‘King’s Way to Wellbeing’ as a framework to take a positive and proactive approach to our wellbeing.

If you're a group who has led a Wellbeing initiative during Wellbeing Week, please complete your Wellbeing Report and return it to wellbeing@kclsu.org by 26th November.
