A weekly mindfulness session led by Jim, the chaplain at Guy's. This session is open to anyone from KCL so please publicize through your networks. The only requirement is for you to find a quiet space and a comfy seat for the duration!
'Positive Minds' by the Positive Peers

We- the Positive Peers- will be running a series of four 'Positive Minds' sessions (occurring every Thursday for four weeks), which aim to provide a safe and supportive student-only space for peers who are experiencing low mood and/or mild depression
