Board Of Trustees Minutes
The Board of Trustees is responsible for managing the Union’s business, including (without limitation) the Union’s governance, budget and strategy, and any steps required to implement Union Policy.
The Board of Trustees shall be made up of:

Up to six Officer Trustees, elected in accordance with Article 10;

Up to four Student Trustees, elected in accordance with Article 11.3;

Up to four Lay Trustees, appointed in accordance with Article 11.4.
The Trustees must hold a minimum of four meetings in each academic year.
To ensure transparency and accountability, we publish the minutes of previous Board meetings here. The minutes provide a record of the discussions and decisions made by the Board and are normally approved at the following meeting before being published.
