Entrance
Halfway down Leake Street (the Graffiti Tunnel). Please do not go to the Launcelot Street entrance. The venue can be hard to find – please leave more time than you usually would.
Access
All venues, with the exception of the upstairs of the Suffolk Punch, are wheelchair accessible – please contact Front of House in advance if you have questions or requirements.
Opening Times
VAULT Festival is open Wednesday – Sunday every week (CLOSED on Mon and Tues).
Weds: 6pm – Midnight
Thurs: 6pm – 1am
Fri: 6pm – 3am
Sat: 10am – 3am
Sun: 10am – Midnight
Cloakroom
The Cloakroom will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights from 6pm onwards. Outside of these times, please try to limit the baggage you bring to the venue.
Pricing & Tickets
Venue Entry is free; come and enjoy the bar, and grab a bite to eat at the Suffolk Punch.
A transaction charge is added to every order, so for best value, please buy your tickets in groups!
All shows and events are ticketed separately. Day Tickets are not available, but there are packages and combo offers available. All ticket sales are final.
If you have mistakenly booked or can no longer attend, please contact the See Box Office 48 hours in advance. The volume of shows at VAULT Festival means we must start performances on time. If you arrive after the start time of your show, you may be denied entry and your tickets will not be refunded, so please leave plenty of time to arrive.
All LATES events are 18+. Purchased tickets will not be refunded to anyone underage, so please book carefully.
Food and Drink
There are two main bars at VAULT, open to the public whenever the venue is open. During our LATES events, one becomes a ticket-holders-only area, but the other remains open. The Restaurant is the Suffolk Punch – take a look for menu, reservation details, opening hours and more.
