Overview

Join us for an unforgettable cruise down the river Thames. Summer School students will enjoy amazing music on our fantastic Party Boat – hosted by Unlocking London and Wicked Student Nights.If you feel like some yummy nibbles before we set off, grab a ticket for £36, and join us in The Waterfront for a bite and some pre drinks from 5.30pm.

We’ll head down to TOWER PIER together (at 6.10pm), and set off into the sunset...!

 

IMPORTANT:

Our boat departs at 7.00pm sharp. We cannot wait for latecomers, as the boats only have a spcecific mooring time.

Those of you meeting us at the boat, please arrive no later than 6.30pm, and staff from our partners 'Wicked Student Nights' will 'check you in'. A map of Tower Pier can be seen here.

If you are unsure about how to get here, please refer to the direction instructions below OR meet the group at Waterfront at 5.30pm (and we'll get you there with our group).

 

DIRECTIONS:

Directions FROM WATERFRONT are as in this link. The journey will take approximately 18 minutes.

For directions FROM HALLS / OTHER, please go to the TFL Journey Planner, and type in Tower Pier into the destination field. Then, type in your start destination, and it will tell you instructions about exactly how to get there, and how long it will take.

 

T&C's:

  • R18 Venue
  • Please bring your KCL ID, and Proof of age ID.
  • Those travelling with us from Waterfront, please bring an Oyster card with some credit. It is a short tube journey to TOWER PIER.
  • Food is available at The Waterfront pre-departure for those with a food ticket. We cannot take food on the boat, so please arrive promptly from 5.30pm (40 mins to eat before we head off).
  • All KCL Summer School students welcome, please drink responsibly.
  • Security and safety for this event looked after by Wicked Student Nights and Thames Leisure.
  • If you have accessibility issues, please let us know ahead of time so we can inform you of the facilities on the boat.  
  • This event is covered by KCLSU Safe Space policy. If you feel uncomfortable, please tell a host immediately.
