Overview

Learn culinary tips and tricks from Borough Market Traders. Delicious food and beverage will be provided in an exclusive post tour event in Market Hall. 

Please collect your map and vouchers on arrival. Shannon, Liam and Sebastiaan will be stationed outside Market Hall (directly across the road from London Bridge tube station exit) to distribute these.  Then head to the meeting point at New Forest Cider, for a complementary arrival drink.

We’ll then split into 3 groups, and visit our expert stallholders for their demos (20 min each). You’ll learn about their special produce, food sustainability and also healthy ways to prepare yummy meals using their ingredients. Our lovely stallholders are: Mary (New Forest Cider), Eleanor (Spice Mountain), Martin & Gael (Une Normande A Londres) and John (Stillfield Farm).

Thereafter, we’ll enjoy for a live cooking demonstration from resident chef, Joe Gray, in Market Hall.  Every guest will get a gourmet plate, and another beer / wine / cider for social hour. There will be a cash bar available, so do bring cash if you'd like to make a night of it!
