BeActive is about social sport. With over 15 different sports and up to 22 sessions per week during term time, there's plenty to choose from. 

Whether it's a one-off or the first step into discovering a new sporting passion, BeActive is about giving something a go and sharing an experience.

Handball is one of our Learn To sessions. These are structured and led by a coach. These sessions are intended to teach you how to play a new sport.
