Take over Guy's Bar on a Thursday! Make the most of the opportunity to book the Guy's Bar space for your student group's event. Just email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.

You'll also be able to take advantage of our Happy Hour Super Saver deals between 5 and 7pm.

Free bottle of wine to share for those who book a table on Thursdays and Fridays (T and Cs below). 

HAPPY HOUR SUPER SAVERS (available Thursday and Friday 5-7pm)

• 2 Cocktails for £7 (must be the same cocktail)
• House Pints for £2.6 (Carling, Magners, Strongbow)
• House Wine for £2.6 (Red, White, Rosé, Prosecco)
• House Pitchers for £8 (Carling, Magners, Strongbow)
• Cocktail Jugs for £12 
• Beer Buckets for £12 (6 Buds or Blue Moons)

TABLE BOOKING INFORMATION 

• To book a table of 6, email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance. Mention the date, your ETA, the number of people in your party and whether you would like a bottle of red wine, white wine or rosé. You should receive confirmation of your booking from Guy's Bar. 

Ts and Cs 

• Table bookings are only accepted on Thursdays and Fridays between 5 and 7pm
• Minimum booking size is for a group of 6
• Latest arrival time: 6.45pm 
• Wines available are: Luna Azul Merlot, Luna Azul Sauvignon Blanc, Charlie Zin Rosé. No substitutes available.
• To cancel a booking, please contact [email protected] at least 24 hours before your booking time.  

Photography & videography may be taken at this event, purchasing a ticket assumes your consent to your photograph being taken and used by KCLSU to advance its charitable purposes. If you do not want your image captured, please let one of the media team know on the day.
