It’s a step-free venue and we have lifts and ramps for accessibility requirements. The entrance is
the same and we will have fast track queues for these purposes.
How can I navigate the fair?
The KCLSU Welcome App will have an
interactive map of all stalls, which will help you easily find what you are looking for. There will
also be kclsu staff on-site, ready to assist!
Is this a physical or digital-only fair?
It is both! The physical fair will be held at Old Billingsgate, and much of it will be livestreamed
over the KCLSU Welcome App and social medial. There will also be events and conversations on the app
leading up to & during the fair. Download

How much of the fair is livestreamed?
All student groups will have the opportunity to book a slot during the fair to live stream a
presentation. Keep an eye on the KCLSU Welcome App live stream schedule, which will be published
nearer the time. We will also be doing Facebook Live / Instagram walkarounds in the Fair, so those
unable to attend can enjoy the event online.
Mobile app or desktop?
You can experience the Welcome Fair via either the mobile app or the desktop. The desktop will be a
better experience if you are viewing from the comfort of your home.
