King’s College London Neuroscience Society (KCL NeuroSoc) was founded in 2005 with the aim to unite students who share an interest in Neuroscience. We work closely alongside the Neuroscience department of KCL, as well as other Neuroscience societies around London.
Our activities include talks from pioneering experts on topics such as Neuropsychopharmacology, Neuroimaging, Neurodevelopment, and mental illnesses. We host social events and careers’ days to encourage discussion between students from different backgrounds to share study techniques, career prospects, internship options, and laboratory research experiences.
KCL NeuroSoc brings together all students including Masters, PhD and Medics, past and present, to create strong bonds between the Neuroscience community and provide advice throughout their academic career.
We also post Neuroscience opportunities at KCL and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuroscience at our website, along with the latest highlights in Neuroscience related news.
Membership to the society is £3 per year, which provides free or significantly discounted entrance to our events.
You can become a member by joining us online, or by signing up in person at the KCL Student Union in The West Wing, Guy’s Campus.
