KCLSU is looking for a shift leader who can supervise the café team on a daily basis, ensuring high standards are maintained. Additional tasks include assisting management with the training and development of the casual staff team as well as supporting the commercial manager, ensuring a range of daily promotions and events are advertised to attract customers. 

Experience of working within a busy café or coffee shop with some experience in making barista coffee and working with food is essential.
