An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead KCLSU’s newest commercial ventures. This role will report to the Head of Commercial Operations working to manage KCLSU Commercial outlets at Strand Campus including Vault Bar, Shack Café and related services and activities. This role takes overall responsibility for the management, control and operation of the venues on this campus & line management of non-student & student staff teams associated with each outlet. This includes growing food revenue alongside the Catering Manager, increasing beverage sales, managing the growth of the Shack Café & The Vault and driving financial objectives and customer satisfaction.
