This role is to assist the Guys Commercial Manager in the day-to-day management. The post holder is responsible for, but not limited to, ensuring accurate counting and deposit of takings, checking the accuracy of all tills and floats, supervising the work of students staff and shift leaders, aspiring to the highest standards of customer care and ensuring that all venue operations comply with external legislation.
