Welcome to the Ancient Languages Society! We are a friendly and diverse society for those interested in ancient languages- whether you’re a complete beginner or fluent, anyone can join :)
We hold fun social events such as pizza and film nights, pub meetups and poetry writing. We also hold academic events to help those learn more, such as Latin workshops and spoken language sessions.
You’ll get the chance to meet new people, share your writing and learn about the languages spoken in cultures of the past. This is especially useful for those either studying, or with an interest in, Hebrew, Ancient Greek and Latin!
