Covid pass important information: In line with King's safety plan and to keep our KCLSU students safe, we are asking the following upon entry of this event: 

• A negative result from a test taken within 24 hours before this event. You can provide an NHS one, or a King's negative result.

Non-KCL guests can attend but need to be signed in by a KCL student. 2 guests per KCL student.

Event is subject to changes in line with King's and Governement advice at the time of the event.

In the case the venue has to close due to COVID-19 restrictions or lockdowns refunds will be given.

Please note in no other circumstances will a refund be provided.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the event and follow the Government advice. Please follow government guidance on handwashing, be respectful of other people’s personal space and observe any signage around the venue. There will be dedicated staff cleaning and sanitising the venue throughout the event.
