About this Event
We understand university can be a tough time, and you may find yourself experiencing low mood or mild depression. The Positive Peers are here to help.
Our Positive Minds course has been created to provide KCL students with a safe, confidential, and judgment-free zone to connect with other peers who may be experiencing similar difficulties, as well to provide a space to support and listen to one another.
The course consists of 4 sessions, which will be held weekly on Tuesdays:
Session 1- Introduction and Social Contact
Session 2- Active Stress Management
Session 3- Mornings & Sleep, Food & Mood
Session 4- Activity, Exercise & Relaxation
