Overview
We all know that lockdown has been difficult for people's wellbeing, so come and see what you can learn in this this session!
In this collaboration with KCL Company society, we'll discuss ideas about wellbeing and mental health. We aim to improve knowledge about the importance of looking after your mental health and easy ways for students to do this. In the session, we're also going to talk about how to spot signs of deteriorating mental health and how to cope with it when you see these signs.
At the end of the session, we'll try out a couple of the techniques that you've learnt, so you can see what might work for you!
