Overview
For the first half of our event, we will be joined by Dr Tesh Amarasinghe, a GP based in London who focuses on physical health, mental health and preventative medicine. For the second half, we will be having a yoga session with Adriana Ward, a Yoga, Pilates and Barre instructor!
'Learn to listen to your body and move mindfully. This class will help you to connect with your body, mind and spirit, bringing you a sense of balance and inner peace. We will finish our practice with a relaxation meditation'.
