Table reservations for sports night!

Booking is for groups of 6.

Please arrive as close to the start of your time slot as possible to avoid overcrowding at the door.

• This is a ticketed event only.
• Event strictly 18+, please bring I.D

• We will accept households/support bubbles of up to 6 people in size & keep the current floorplan of tables/chairs
• Host will ask all customers for proof of their term time address: This can be In the form of screenshots of one of the following: driving license/KCL student confirmation email/tenancy agreement/household bill
• This will be cross matched against other members of the group to ensure they are from the same household/support bubble
• KCL ID cards will be referenced to ensure names on the KCL student confirmation/tenancy agreement/bill match those of the attendees
• If the host is satisfied that the group is formed of one household/support group they will be seated & rules explained
• If the host is not satisfied the group are one household/support bubble they will be asked to split into their correct households at separate tables should there be availability or asked to leave if all other tables are full
• We will not record any addresses or additional data on the attendance log form. Each customer will continue to have their details taken as before to gain entry, in addition to this new procedure

*A support bubble can be formed of a person living by themselves joining another household. Two different addresses; With one person from one of these addresses & the rest of the group must live at the other address given.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the event and follow the Government advice. We want everyone to enjoy these events safely and therefore we require everyone to adhere to social distancing guidelines when attending. Please follow government guidance on handwashing, be respectful of other people’s personal space and observe any signage around the venue. There will be dedicated staff cleaning and sanitising the venue throughout the event and we have a restricted capacity in place.
