In a relaxed environment we will be burning lots of calories while treating our body to a nice and holistic workout. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a very effective format that builds on intense exercise intervals interrupted by frequent short breaks. Most exercises can be varied, depending on your experience and abilities, so it is definitely worth a shot, no matter your current fitness level.
The training will be complemented by a meditation or a stretching session. This all is interactive; please let us know if you have any ideas or wishes. There will be the opportunity to socialise before and after the session, whereas during the session, you will be out of breath if we are doing it right.
