This taster session is open to anyone who would like to try pole dance fitness for the first time, or if you have done pole before and would like to meet us!
During the session, we will teach you some very cool tricks and you will leave this session with a better idea of what pole really is about!
You do not need to be flexible or strong to start pole, and you don’t need to have a background in any sports, however flexibility and strength will definitely be achieved when you start training with us!
Some things we do request from you:
Please wear a pair of shorts and a tank top as you will need the skin friction to grip the pole, if you don’t feel comfortable wearing shorts you could always wear leggings for the first sessions! Please take off your jewelry before the session as they could damage the poles and lastly try not to wear any body and hand lotion the day of the session (even the day before if you can!) as they will cause you and everyone to slip down the pole!
