Overview
Come take part in the Fencing for Fitness taster sessions! We'll offer an introduction to our sport and use the opportunity to explore the importance of sport for both physical and mental wellbeing, as well as the role of sports clubs as inclusive and open environments to create new friendships and get involved in a community. Our sessions will be relaxed and involve games, warm-up exercises and teaching participants stretches - as well as fencing teaching and matches of course, and an introduction to refereeing for anyone interested. These sessions are open to anyone with or without prior fencing experience, so don't hesitate and come along!
