Overview

The Welcome Event for the KCL Tennis Club is planned to both provide valuable club information to the potential team and social players but also allow for a chance for students to meet and socialize with the old club members as well as each other. The event will be an extension of the freshers fair, where students will be invited to the welcome event with the use of posters, flyers, presentations and other marketing material. At the welcome event itself, committee members of the KCL Tennis Club will be holding information sessions relevant to what team they are running as well as on the club as a whole. The aim is to provide a relaxed but informative session, not only to those serious about playing tennis competitively for KCL, but also those students looking to pick up a racket for the first time or play tennis casually as part of a well-rounded university experience.
