We’ve been approached by The Dandadda, a Brixton culture-clash project and exciting live show aimed to inspire both young and old generations, promoting peace and unity between cultures and backgrounds. We’ve been gifted 30 free tickets to any Kings College Students for our next event at Dogstar Brixton on Thursday 4th May, 7.30-11pm.
Hear debut track ‘Heart Attack’ HERE
Hosted by legendary radio DJ Eddy Temple-Morris (XFM) and The Ragga Twins (Skrillex). The reason is to help students enjoy a night of music and help out against rising rent prices/costs of living.
Producer, Dan Vinci, has worked with a multitude of artists across different styles, from Skream and Basement Jaxx to Jessie Ware and Tinchy Stryder. Combining his passion for different genres and world culture, Dan Vinci has attracted top Jamaican artists into the fold, crafting a reggae-tinted message of unity, peace and tribalism. Critics are calling it “A contemporary combination of different soundscapes” (Wall of Sound – Mark Jones).
The live show will include psychedelic live visuals by Nick Savy (Gorillaz, David Guetta), tribal dancers, special vocal features - and with popular blog and radio support this show on Brixton home turf will be a night not be missed.
