If you’re a fan of Charlotte Wells’ Aftersun or Taika Waititi’s Boy, then you’ll love watching Scrapper (2023). Meet up with other Postgraduate (PGT & PGR) students for our free screening of this brand-new comedy-drama film.

Synopsis: Georgie is a 12-year-old girl who lives on her own in London. She’s happy about it, in fact she’d rather have it that way…

Rotten Tomatoes gives the film a 93% positivity rating and the BFI calls the film “A gorgeous and colourful heart-warming gem from Charlotte Regan, one of the best new voices in British film.”  

The runtime is 84 minutes and subtitles will be shown for accessibility.  

Free sweets and popcorn are available from 4pm. The screening will start at 4:20pm – no entry will be allowed after this time.
