For Students, By Students

Black Students Talk (BST) is a peer support group that provides safe, supportive and therapeutic spaces for students at King’s who identify as Black (African, Caribbean, Mixed with Black heritage, African diaspora) to meet, share, learn and manage their mental health and wellbeing.

On Thursday 9th March at 7pm-9pm, you can join our BST Facilitators for a special Black Students Move session. We'll be celebrating University Mental Health Day, International Women's Day and Women's History Month.

This session is specifically for Black-identifying women and non-binary students at King's to come for a wellbeing-focused physical activity session run in collaboration with Black King’s Sport trainers in a fun and welcoming environment. The class that will be running is Glutes & Abs, which will take place at King's Sport & Wellness London Bridge Gym.

As capacity is limited, please make sure you book in advance. There are 14 spaces for this session.
