Event is subject to changes in line with King's and Governement advice at the time of the event.

In the case the venue has to close due to COVID-19 restrictions or lockdowns refunds will be given.

Please note in no other circumstances will a refund be provided.

Help to protect the King's community by continuing to test regularly & not attending campus or events should you be unwell. Please follow government guidance on handwashing, be respectful of other people’s personal space and observe any signage around the venue. There will be dedicated staff cleaning and sanitising the venue throughout the event.
