Overview
The Positive Peers are a team of students trained to support other students.
Thrive is a 3-part programme designed to help explore what good wellbeing and self-care looks like for you. You’ll be given tools, questions and space to think about how you can include activities into your everyday life so that you can thrive, no matter what life throws at you.
This session focuses on creating self-care techniques that work for us and understanding how we can manage our time so that we can have the best university experience possible.
Don't worry if you can't come to all 3 sessions of Thrive, you'll still get lots out of individual sessions.
