Overview

Soft and Gentle Accessible Yoga Workshop is hosted by  Rhine Bernardino @rhineandshine.

"I started my yoga teaching journey mainly for self-improvement, but I particularly want to spread the joy and benefits of yoga to those who have difficulties in accessing it, especially due to financial hindrances and disability. I want to promote a more accessible, intersectional, decolonised, soft and gentle yoga that doesn't harm in any way. As we build momentum and contribute towards making the world a better place, let us also remember to fortify our mind and body. It's hard work, but we are ready." - Rhine Bernardino

This session is an introduction to yoga practices built with equity, inclusivity and accessibility in mind. Rhine Berninado is a Disabled POC artist and qualified yoga instructor. She utilises her experience with chronic illness to ensure her yoga sessions are built with access at its heart.

This workshop will take place over zoom, reserve your ticket now!
