My name is Salman Momin, I am in my second year of the Extended Medical Degree Program (EMDP).  I am running for the Disabled Student’s Officer Position on the student council.  I personally have faced many of the challenges that come with dyslexia; and thus know how hard and difficult it can be to access the appropriate level of help. I especially want to dedicate my efforts towards improving the student experience for those with registered disabilities, and ensure that they are not restricted to reach their potential.
