Healthy Relationships

Being at university can be great opportunity to establish new relationships and build a ‘social life’ aside from our ‘academic life’. We meet new people and may make new friends or even develop romantic and/or sexual relationships.

Relationships can be defined in many different ways, and there are many different types of relationships that we experience throughout our life. These can range from, romantic and/or sexual, professional, friendships and family relationships.

However you choose to define a relationship and whichever relationships you have or may be experiencing it is important that it is healthy. Healthy relationships are vital for our health and wellbeing.
