KCLSU rooms are available to ratified KCLSU
Clubs and Societies only.

At least 48 hours notice must be
given on all room bookings.

Cancellations must be given with at least
24 hours notice to cas@kclsu.org or to a member of the Student
Activities Department.

This form only books rooms in the Macadam
Building (Strand) and Boland House
(Guy's).

KCLSU rooms are generally available from
10am-10pm Monday to Sunday, but Strand rooms are unavailable
on weekends.

KCLSU reserves the right not to authorise
a booking if it will disturb staff, residents, other students,
or the public.

The services of the KCL Audio Visual Dept
are to be ordered separately and the respective club/society
will be invoiced. Make sure any equipment AFTER
your room booking has been confirmed.

Organisers must ensure that nothing in the
preparations for or the conduct of a meeting or activity infringes
upon the law e.g. by conduct likely to cause a breach of the
peace.

Food and drink is not permitted in any room
without consultation and any additional cleaning costs will
be invoiced to the relevant club/society, and necessary disciplinary
action will be taken.

In addition, KCLSU premises must be left
in a clean and tidy state otherwise the organisers will be charged
for any additional cleaning and repairs.

KCLSU reserves the right to cancel any booking
at any time, but will always aim to relocate the existing booking
to an alternative suitable location.
