Involvement with the society is a great way to contribute within the community as well as looking great with employers on your CV due to the skills gained in the process.

WHY PRO BONO??
As a Pro Bono Volunteer, you will be able to develop many practical legal skills such as, amongst others:
- Legal Research
- Factual Analysis
- Interviewing
- Negotiation
Through projects like Streetlaw & Law Mentoring, you will be able to develop your public speaking and presentation skills, which will help build your confidence when speaking to strangers especially in future job interviews
Through projects like Amicus, Legal Clinic and Innocence Project, you will become familiar with ethical and professional issues relevant to legal practice
You will learn various administrative skills and how to time manage
You will learn to work in a team with people of diverse backgrounds and different personalities
It’s a great way to meet people!
