Nominations are now open for the  Student Officer Elections 2015.

Student Officers have the power to make things happen for students at King's. The current Student Officer Team are using their powers to campaign for free education, reduce financial pressure on NHS funded students, find out if graduate students get fair pay, improve activity spaces and secure more affordable rooms in halls.

Could you use your power to make things happen? You can nominate yourself to be a Student Officer until 10am, Monday 23 February, and any student at King's can stand. Here are the key dates you need to know: 

  • Nomination Period: Thursday 29 January to 10am on Monday 23 February
  • Candidate Manfiesto Deadline: Upload digital manifesto by 12pm on Monday 2 March
  • Candidate Briefing and Training: 6pm on Monday 23 February and 6pm on Tuesday 24 February
  • Candidates Announced: Thursday 5 March
  • Campaigning Begins: Thursday 5 March
  • Candidate Q&A: Tuesday 10 March, Wednesday 11 March and Thursday 12 March
  • Voting Period: Monday 16 March to Thursday 19 March
  • Victory Night: Thursday 19 March
