Sport & Fitness
While you're a student at King's we want you to stay healthy, and one of the best ways of doing that is to keep active. Not only do we have a wide range of sports you can get involved in either at a competitive or recreational level, but we also have a great gym with modern equipment and student friendly prices.
If it's sport that you're interested in, you'll probably come across Anthony Currie, our Sports Development Manager and Chris Sawyer, Sports Coordinator at some point. They work to keep all the current clubs at King's going, develop new sporting initiatives and to support all sporting students in training and competition. Whether you want to commit to becoming part of one of our competitive teams, or you just want to have a friendly kick about every now and again, everything you need to know is in our sport section.
Our gym is called Kinetic Fitness Club, and is managed by Ed Nedjari, Fitness Centre Manager. Memberships are available to everyone, and you can decide how long you want your membership to be. Students get a discounted rate.
The Waterloo Campus is our sporting hub, so you'll find most of the guys over there throughout the week. Chris and Anthony also make an effort to have at least one day a week at the Guy's and Strand campuses, so if you're in doubt of where to find them call our reception desk on 020 7848 1588.
