With our modern cardio and lifting equipment (our treadmills have TVs on them) as well as an extensive calendar of classes for people of all abilities, we have something for you whether you're going for a fitness goal or simply want to wear short shorts in public.

We’re located just by Waterloo campus, that’s just 10 minutes from both Strand and Guy’s campuses! So come down, meet our friendly staff and give it a go!
