Bye Law (2): General Governance of the Students' Union:
7. There shall be Student Community Fora coordinated by the Student Council.
8. The purposes of Student Community Fora shall be to consider all or any of the following:
8.1. matters raised by Student Council;
8.2. topics Student Community Forums wish to raise;
8.3. major King's College London initiatives;
8.4. consultations on current issues;
8.5 reports on the work of KCLSU; and/or
8.6. reports from outside agencies.
In this way, Student Council and the Trustee Board will have the opportunity to both gather information about issues important to students and thereby inform their decisions, and to communicate information to students.
