Articles of Association of KCLSU:
13. KCLSU shall hold an annual general meeting once in each calendar year. Not more than 15 months shall pass between the date of one annual general meeting and the next. It shall be held at such time and place as the Trustees shall think suitable.
All members of KCLSU shall be entitled to attend and vote at an Annual General Meeting.
