'Governance' refers to the manner in which something is governed or regulated; method of management, system of regulations. So in this section you'll find the documents that define how KCLSU is regulated, and the committees that carry it out.

One of our priorities is ensuring that we have a robust system that is fit for purpose, maximising the benefit for students of King's College London. This year we are implementing of an entirely new form of students' union governance, that sees

• KCLSU restructured as a Company Limited By Guarantee;
• a reformed Trustee Board;
• a newly focussed 'Student Council';
• the introduction of a system of Scrutiny Committees; and
• a formalised network of Student Fora.
