Please note: This event is for students that are part of the summer programme only.

PURCHASING TICKETS: When you want to purchase, please login using a guest login (no need to have a student login - this is for full time students only). And, if you are purchasing tickets for multiple events, and the total is more than £150, the transaction won't go through. You just need to split the transaction into two smaller purchases.

We have seats reserved for this award winning show, set in London’s famous West End theatre district. Great seats for this particular show, as we get the best vantage point (you'll see what we mean during the first musical number)!

Brilliantly reimagined by acclaimed director Julie Taymor, Disney’s beloved film has been transformed into a spectacular stage production that explodes with glorious colours, stunning effects and enchanting music.

Set against the majesty of the Serengeti Plains to the evocative rhythms of Africa, the cast and crew weave the timeless story of Simba and his epic journey to fulfil his destiny as King of the Pridelands. The Lion King has received rave reviews from The New York Times, and boasts a crew that has won awards for vocal arrangements, choral direction, choreography, concept design and puppetry– and include Tony awards, Grammys, Laurence Olivier Award, and outer Critic Awards – just to name a few…

It really is an awe inspiring show, and one that will leave you singing along to, and dancing in your seat. Pure Disney magic!

Instructions:

1. Please bring your email confirmation to the Summer Programmes office BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
2. SPO Staff will exchange your email confirmation, for a real ticket. This ticket gains you entry to the theatre, please do not lose it as it cannot be replaced.

• YOU NEED TO COLLECT YOUR PHYICAL TICKET FROM THE Summer Programme Office BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
• If you want to sit with a friend, please collect your tickets atthe same time.
• Please bring your email confirmation as proof of purchase. This will be exchanged for a real ticket, to gain entry to the theatre.
• If you plan on ordering alcohol from the theatre bar, you will need to bring proof of age identification.
• No refunds available on this event.
• Please note that strobe lighting is used during this performance, and as such, the show may not be suitable for those with epileptic conditions.
• Seats are allocated in order of arrival. If you want to sit with a particular friend, please arrive together.
• We will only refund tickets under specific circumstances referred to as 'force majeure'. This means that the circumstance is out of the control of the vendor (Unlocking London) or the client (student).
