NOW BOOKING FOR WELCOME FAIRS - 18th & 19th September!!

If you would like to introduce your products or services to around 4,000 new students, book a stall at one or both of our Welcome Fairs in September.

These events are designed to introduce them to university life, and most turn up - if only for the freebies.

Use the form on the right to send us an email, telling us who you are and what you do. We'll be in touch as soon as we can with details of dates, prices etc.

We recognise that there are many and varied companies seeking exposure to the student market. These pages are designed to introduce the channels that are available to you.

In addition to booking a stall at our Freshers Fairs, you can place an advert in our award winning newspaper, Roar; establish a presence on campus through a roadshow; or sponsor a sports team, society or KCLSU ball or event.

In addition, all KCLSU bars and venues are available for hire throughout the year. We host private birthday parties, corporate Christmas parties, product launches, live musis events and any other activities allowed under our premises license. You do not need to be a student at King's College London to hire a venue, but discounts are offered to current students and alumni for birthday parties.
