KCLSU Awards is a major part of the King’s College London calendar and is there to recognise the commitment and excellence of King’s College London Students beyond their academic career. Those who win KCLSU Awards will have the Award added to their Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR).

The KCLSU Awards are a chance to honour the King’s community’s extraordinary efforts and the perfect way to celebrate the end of term with your student groups. Join us for a black tie event as King’s students from all over celebrate their successes.

Tickets will be available to award winners and nominees first, so watch your emails. The general release tickets will be available from the 19th of April.

Accessibility

If you, your guests or anybody on a table you’re looking for has an access need, please let us know when purchasing the ticket, and the team will contact you directly. We aim to make this event accessible to people of all abilities.

Acceptance Speeches

This year, we are allowing all nominees to submit a pre-recorded acceptance speech that may be played during the awards ceremony if you are the winner of an Award.

Please note that by submitting an acceptance speech:

• This does not affect your likelihood of winning an Award. These are optional and open to all nominees and will be reviewed after the winners are selected.
• Submitting an acceptance speech video does not guarantee it will be played during the ceremony.
• Acceptance speeches should be a maximum of 30 seconds long. KCLSU may edit your video if needed.
