Trouble paying
Are you having trouble paying for your hall accommodation? We can help you talk to the Accommodation Office.
Trouble with neighbours
Talk to your senior student first (students employed by the halls to act as a bridge between you and the College), and if this does not work, speak to your Residence Manager.
You can also talk to the Accommodation Office and Welfare Service.
If the problem is ongoing and might result in a disciplinary hearing, collect as much evidence as you can, e.g. photographs of any damage to the residence, tape recordings of noise, a diary of events.
